In May the Board of Directors of MIGA, the World Bank Group's private sector risk guarantee arm, agreed new policies and procedures. MIGA had circulated their draft policies and received responses from companies, insurance companies, MDBs, and civil society.

The Board accepted the policies with a few amendments and clarifications and subject to review after two years. The Agency has now circulated a summary of responses to the comments with a copy of the final policy and procedures.
