Globalisation network’s democratic alternativesThe International Forum on Globalisation, a network of activists and intellectuals from around the world, has published a new report. It sets out a broad menu of viable options that are consistent with a new set of operating principles for international society. The report kicks off a three year process of discussion among citizens and public policy groups. Its ten principles for democratic and sustainable societies are certainly a good place to start such debates. Among them are concerns for equity, diversity and subsidiarity all in a context of ecological sustainability. A Better World is Possible!
