At the Telluride Tech Festival in Boulder, Colorado, the World Bank apparently co-sponsored the participation by holographic projection of Sir Arthur C. Clarke, famed science fiction writer, in a panel discussion on the future of space exploration. Bretton Woods Project efforts to discover which Bank budget had supported this, the rationale behind it or to whom people can apply with other sponsorship suggestions were unsuccessful.
