SAPRI initiative meetings

Civil society groups in Hungary, Uganda, Ghana and Ecuador met World Bank representatives at national conferences to begin the investigative stage of the Structural Adjustment Programme Review Initiative (SAPRI). Over the next few months, field studies will be carried out by consultants picked by civil society groups and the World Bank to examine key reforms identified during the national conferences.
