US NGO grouping InterAction is reviewing Bank social assessments. It is looking especially at participatory approaches in conducting social assessments and at linkages between social and environmental assessments. This is a follow up to a study on Participatory Approaches in the Identification of World Bank Projects. InterAction wants to work with other NGOs which have monitored or been involved in Bank projects.
