The Bank’s NGO Unit has commissioned a needs assessment of communications strategies between the World Bank and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). It is being undertaken by Acceso, a Costa Rican NGO which is gathering comments, concerns and suggestions. It has contacted NGOs (mainly members of the NGO World Bank Working Group), as well as Bank staff.
